Survey on consumption patterns conducted for member stores in the Hana Cupid group. To gather as many responses as possible, a WEB survey format was adopted. The results were increased collection rates and reduced costs. The aggregated data was delivered in the form of summary tables and charts.

Promotion plan for new convention facility at JR Shin-Yamaguchi Station
The feasibility of establishing a convention facility in the JR Shin-Yamaguchi Station area was examined from various angles, including regional specifications, the current status of events and conventions held in the area and adjacent areas, and a questionnaire-based survey on usage outlook by regional users. The results were summarized and delivered as a post survey report.
