A meeting that brings together future agricultural leaders from all over the country. Since the imperial family is usually in attendance, extra precautions are required to manage participants, including metal detectors and seat reservations. In particular, since more than 2,500 participants rush to the reception in a short period of time, we are issuing reserved seat tickets at the reception.

A chance for local government officials from all over the country, including mayors and councilors, to gather. Held every year in different cities around the country, we are entrusted with various productions, venue setup and management, etc. As well, we provided a reception system that utilizes barcodes to process the entrance of approximately 2,000 participants quickly and smoothly.

Management system for real-time information on tourist numbers in Kumamoto Castle following re-opening of the facility

A system was introduced to manage and control the Kumamoto Castle main castle tower, which reopened after the reconstruction, to prevent overcrowding. At the entrance/exit, entrance tickets are read into the venue, tickets are issued, and the number of visitors is managed. When the limit is reached, you will be placed on a waiting list, and we will guide you by estimating when a space will become available. It is possible to manage castle attendance records and analyze them based on the actual results including number of guests and the length of their stay.

This system achieves decentralization by posting QR codes around the entrance, and also lowers the barrier to registration by requiring only a phone number to be entered.

The day-of reception system is essential for MICE management. In particular, accurately registering a large number of participants in a short period of time can be said to be the key to the event’s success. Participation certificates and confirmation emails were sent to participants in advance, and registration was completed with paper certificates or smartphones. In addition, printed seat tickets were distributed at the same time as reception and provided information on VIP seats that were difficult to find.
